PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce of the lowest input and improve feeling and conserve energy providing a bypass channel which is connected to the suction piping side of a compressor through a solenoid valve and flow rate controller from the discharge piping side of the compressor and is operated at a set frequency in the range of variable frequencies and opening the solenoid valve only when the room temperature is below a set temperature. CONSTITUTION:At first the operation frequency and room temperature are read in and judgement by comparison of the operation frequency with a set frequency is made. And, after making judgement by comparison of the room temperature and a set temperature, a transistor 15 for switching is turned ON only when the operation frequency matches a set frequency and the room temperature is below a set temperature and by the signal of LSI 14, And a relay 16 is turned ON and a solenoid valve 26 opens. A bypass channel which is connected to the suction piping side of a compressor through a flow rate controller 25 from the discharge piping side of a three-phase compressor is provided and a solenoid valve 25 which opens only under the condition that the room temperature is lower than a set temperature during a set low frequency is provided. With those provisions it is possible during the lowest frequency operation for room cooling to attempt a lowest input which is much lower than in air conditioners of frequency conversion device mounting type at present.
