PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce the value of the lowest input and improve feeling and conserve energy by providing a solenoid valve controller which is operated at a frequency specified in a range of variable frequencies and opens a solenoid valve only when the room humidity is below a set humidity. CONSTITUTION:At first the operation frequency and room humidity are read in to judge by comparison of the operation frequency with set frequency, and after making judgement by comparison of the room humidity with set humidity, a transistor 15 for switching is turned ON by the signal of LSI 14 only under the condition that the operation frequency matches a set frequency and room humidity is below a set humidity, and then a relay 16 is turned ON to open a solenoid valve 26. Under other conditions the transistor 15 for switching is open and the solenoid valve is open.
