<p>PURPOSE:To improve straight running ability, by a method wherein, in a device steering of which is differed with control of the steering angle, inside and outside a set range, of a handle, when a steering angle is below a given value, the arcuate surface of a drive gear is forced into slide contact with the repose part, having no toothed part, of a driven gear. CONSTITUTION:A knuckle arm 16, situated to the one of right and left front wheels 12, is coupled to a steering handle through a drag link 17 and a gear rod 9, and a knuckle arm 21, situated to the one of right and left rear wheels 13, is coupled to a gear box 9 through a drag link 22. The gear box 9 is so formed as to contain a sect gear 10, engaged with a pinion gear 3 on a handle shaft, a drive gear 19 on a control shaft 11 of a pitman 14 situated on the same axis of that of a gear 10 and a driven gear 18 engaged with the gear 19 and located on a control shaft 23 of a pitman arm 24 on the rear wheel side. The driven gear 19 is formed so as to have an arcuate surface 27 making slide contact with a recessed arcuate repose part 30 on the outer periphery of the drive gear 18.</p> |
