摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide excellent dielectric strength, less intensity deterioration of a light emitting element and particularly excellent CRT characteristics by integrally sealing the element so as to engage a light emitting device sealed with light transmissible silicone resin with light transmissible epoxy resin for sealing a photodetector. CONSTITUTION:After the light emitting surface of a light emitting device in which a light emitting element 14 secured to a lead frame 15 is sealed with resin 16 having light transmission and flexibility is optically opposed to the photodetecting surface of a photodetecting device in which a photodetector is secured to a lead frame 12, the light emitting device and the photodetecting device are integrally sealed with light transmissible hard resin 13, and the periphery is further sealed with light opaque resin in a structure. Since the resin 16 is integrally transfer molded with light transmissible epoxy resin 13' without pressing the photodetecting device, the resin 16 can be sealed to hold natural curved shape due to the viscosity and the surface tension of silicone gel compound to provide excellent dielectric strength characteristic between the light emitting device and the photodetecting device.</p>
