<p>PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency, by a method wherein the number of works, classified by a car type, inputted in a machining process and the number of works, classified by a car type, outputted from a subsequent process stock are counted, and by computing a work ratio classing by a car type in the resulting range, input of the works to a machining process is controlled. CONSTITUTION:Works are classified by a car type by a distributing device 12 to convey them to a preceding process stock 14, and are classified by a car type for counting by means of a pre-work stopper 16 to input them to a machining process 18. The works, machining of which is completed, are classified by a car type by a distributing device 20 to contain the works in a subsequent process stock 22. The works are inputted to a subsequent process by means of an after-process work stopper 28, and a signal for a car type is outputted. signals from limit switches 24A-24C and 26A-26C for detecting pullover and a specified amount, respectively, mounted to an after-process stock 22 are inputted to a production ratio control device 30. Based on information therefrom, input of the works from the pre-work stopper 16 to a machining process 18 is controlled.</p> |
