PURPOSE:To enable the fitting position of a moving wheel to be optionally chosen, by rotatably fitting a handle member covering the moving wheel to a frame, and further by fixing a vibration isolator retaining member being screwed in the handle member to the upper part of a vibration isolator provided the frame. CONSTITUTION:On the upper part of a caster 22 for an apparatus a base 23 on which the leg or base of the apparatus is to be joined and a receiving part 24 are provided. And on the outside of the receiving part 24, a frame 28 is rotatably fitted via respective steel balls 26, 27, and on the lower side of the frame 28, parallel parts 31 by which the shaft 30 of a moving wheel 29 is journaled are formed. Further, on the outside of the moving wheel 29, a handle member 32 is fitted so as to cover the moving wheel 29 and the frame 28. In the above constitution, on the inner circumferential surface of the handle member 32, a female screw part 37 is formed, and a vibration isolator retaining member 40 which integrally fixed with a vibration isolator 38 and on the outer circumferential surface of which a male screw part 39 is formed is screwed in the female screw part 37.
