PURPOSE:To easily and safely perform welding or breaking operations during the setting period of formwork and supporting members by providing a scaffold for operations around the upper periphery of many corrosion-resistant covered tubular pile driven into the ground under water. CONSTITUTION:A scaffold-receiving band 4 is fixed to the upper periphery of many corrosion-resistant covered tubular piles 2 driven into the ground under water at a given interval. A scaffold-receiving beam 5 is set over the band 4, and a scaffold plate 6 is set over the beam 5. The upper end of each of the piles 2 is molten, cut off at a given level on the plate 6 and a pile head- connecting frame 7 is welded to the upper end. The band 4, the beam 5, and the plate 6 are removed, and a formwork 10 is set on the formwork-supporting beam 9 supported through a hanger 8 by the frame 7.
