A barrier has frame elements which are equipped, on each of the two lateral vertical portions (15) which may be tubular, with two separable hinge members (3) which are held in fastening grooves (14) in the wall of the vertical portions (15). The hinge members (3) respectively comprise a lug part (11'') and a fork part (12'') and a coupling part (13) for holding these two parts together is axially movable in the forked member so as to release the other member. Both the hinge members have projections which are at right angles to one another and engage into the fastening grooves (14) of the vertical portions (15) and by means of which the hinge members are held firmly on the associated vertical portions (15). One projection is formed on the body of the hinge member while the other is on a locking plate releasably attached to the front of the hinge member. <IMAGE> |
