PURPOSE:To enable the patterning of superconductive ceramics in arbitrary shape and size by uniformly mixing superconductive ceramic powder in a medium, which hardens or decays by radiation of radiant energy, and coating an insulating substrate with this superconductive ceramic powder so as to have processing and shaping functions. CONSTITUTION:Superconductive ceramic powder is uniformly mixed in a medium which hardens or decays by radiation of radiant energy, and an insulating substrate is coated with this superconductive ceramic powder so as to have processing and shaping functions. After a material for superconduction is manufactured, succeeding radiation of radiant energy and medium dissolution after this radiation are performed as two processes, or a heat treatment process is added to these two processes so as to perform three processes. Hence, the patterning of superconductive ceramics in desired shape and size is enabled on the insulating substrate. |
