PURPOSE:To reduce the idling vibration of an engine during the stoppage of a car by temporarily forbidding the internal capacity control of a variable displacement compressor forming an air conditioning device at the time of the temporary stoppage of a car to fixedly keep the capacity of the compressor at the minimum. CONSTITUTION:When a car is traveling the internal capacity-control of a variable displacement compressor 2 forming an air conditioning device is performed without actuating a control means 108. On the other hand, when the car is temporarily stopped, and the engine 12 is in an idling state, a stoppage detecting means 107 detects the temporary stoppage of the car, and then the control means 108 is actuated to forbid the internal capacity control of the variable displacement compressor 2, and moreover a capacity setting mechanism 52 controls a variable capacity mechanism 50 to fixedly keep the capacity of the variable displacement compressor 2 at the minimum. The load of the engine 12 required for driving the variable displacement compressor 2 can therefore be decreased to reduce idling vibration of the engine 12. |
