PURPOSE:To drastically reduce an occupied area and to facilitate the design for arrangement by laminating necessary number of printed circuit boards so as to obtain a transmission line having a specified length. CONSTITUTION:As the printed circuit board, a two-sided copper covered circuit board 21 and one-side copper covered circuit boards 22-32 are prepared and the structure of the titled device is obtained by laminating plural printed circuit boards like these. And as a copper plate, forming plates 21a, 22a-32a where specified microstrip lines are formed and non forming plates 23b-31b where the microstrip lines are not formed are prepared and the forming plates are arranged in order to put the non-forming plates between them through a dielectric plate. The mutual microstrip lines on the forming plate are connected with first connection means 33a-33f in order to form the specified transmission lines and the non-forming plate becomes an earth surface and the mutual earth surfaces are connected with second connection means (figure is omitted). Thus, the side of the circuit board can be made smaller and the occupied area can be drastically reduced.
