PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive strength of the terminal plates of a positive and a negative electrodes and an insulating seal body by forming a coating membrane of polyolefin aqueous dispersion consisting of an ionomer resin as a main dispersion resin at the adhesive interface of at least one side terminal plate adhered to a seal body. CONSTITUTION:A frame-formed insulating seal body 11 is placed between positive and negative terminal plates 12 and 13, and the seal body 11 and the terminal plates 12 and 13 are enclosed in the condition where a coating membranes 15a and 15b of polyolefin aqueous dispersion consisting of an ionomer resin as a main dispersion resin are placed at the adhesive interface of them while accomodating a cell power generating element 14 in a space surrounded by the terminal plates 12 and 13, and the seal body 11. Therefore, compared to the method of forming the insulating seal body 11 itself with an ionomer resin and pressurizing and heating it together with the positive and the negative terminal plates 12 and 13 to adhere them, the adhesive strength of the insulating seal body 11 and the terminal plates 12 and 13 can be improved. |
