发明名称 BIOSENSOR AND ITS PREPARATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a sensor which has high sensitivity, has a high response speed and is stable by coating an immobilized enzyme film on a monomolecular film of an amino group-contg. silicon compd. formed by a Langmuir-Blodgett's technique on the gate surface of a signal conversion circuit. CONSTITUTION:The chloroform soln. of the silyl compd. expressed by formula I is developed on the surface of pure water 7 to form the monomolecular film 8 of the compd. expressed by formula I. An ion sensitive field effect type transistor (IS-FET) 1 is then vertically moved to adhere the monomolecular film 8 onto the surface of the IS-FET 1 by the Langmuir-Blodgett's technique. The film is thereafter treated for 2hr at 110 deg.C to polymerize the silyl compd. of the film and to bond the same covalently to the gate surface. After the amide bond of the silyl compd. is hydrolyzed by an acid treatment, the IS-FET is immersed into a buffer soln. contg. enzyme to adsorb and fix the enzyme on the gate surface and to form the immobilized enzyme film 9 thereon.
