发明名称 CONTINUOUS ANNEALING APPARATUS FOR TUBULAR METALLIC MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To save the consumption of power in a continuous annealing apparatus and to efficiently execute the operation by annealing an annular metallic material in an induction heating furnace, drawing it by extruding machine and controlling annealing power based on the drawing force of the extruding machine and size of the tubular metallic material. CONSTITUTION:The tubular metallic material 1 is continuously annealed in the induction heating furnace 2 providing a protective tube 2a and an induction heating coil 2b. Next, the above material 1 under soft condition is drawn by using the extruding machine 3 composing of a die 3a and a die block 3b, to obtain a semi-hardened material having the prescribed diameter. In the continuous annealing apparatus for the above tubular metallic material 1, sensors 4, 4', 5, 5' are respectively arranged at the inlet side of the induction heating furnace 2 and the outlet side of the extruding machine 3, to detect the outer diameter and thickness of the above material 1. On the other hand, a load cell 6 is arranged to the extruding machine 3, to detect drawing force of the extruding machine 3. Based on these detected values, the optimum annealing power is operated by an operating part 7. Next, based on the optimum annealing power, the annealing power of the induction heating furnace 2 is controlled through a control part 8.
