PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. which gives a multi-layer structure which scarcely causes cracking and has little unevenness in thickness and excellent gas barrier properties, consisting of two specific saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymers. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. satisfying the relationships of formulas I, II and III [wherein Sp(A) is the solubility parameter of A and Sp(B) is the solubility parameter of B according to Small's equation] consists of 94-30pts.wt. saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (A) having an ethylene content of 20-45mol.% and a degree of saponification of 96mol.% and 6-70pts.wt. saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (B) having an ethylene content of 24-49mol.% and a degree of saponification of the vinyl acetate moiety lower than 96mol.%. When the laminate of the resin compsn. with a thermoplastic resin is fabricated into a container, etc., a product which forms neither cracks nor pinholes and has a uniform section and high gas barrier properties can be obtd.
