PURPOSE:To increase the processing speed of a graphic processor by performing conversion processing for oversize and undersize by bit sequences from a graphic form memory array where graphic form information is stored. CONSTITUTION:A graphic form conversion unit 3 consisting of a memory 20 for graphic form conversion and a flip-flop 202 for holding a state variable is provided to perform the graphic processing of oversize and undersize. Namely, the graphic form conversion unit 3 handles data not in bit units, but in bit sequence units and stores a memory 201 for graphic form conversion with all combinations of the bit sequences and results of oversize and undersize when state variables generated at the time of last processing are inputted. Consequently, the results of oversize and undersize are obtained instantaneously for read bit sequence without performing complicate calculation nor condition decision making. |
