An agent is provided for the precipitative separation of proteins from blood plasma comprising, as an active ingredient, a mixture of an alkaline metal salt and an amino acid in an amount sufficient to promote a fractional precipitating effect of said alkaline metal salt with respect to plasma protein, said amino acid being at least one selected from the group consisting of neutral amino acid, aspartic acid, cystine, N-acytltryptophan and tyrosine. |
