PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom in layout by placing the axis of oscillation of a control valve for opening and closing the upper edge side of an exhaust port in such a manner that it is caused to intersect a line intersecting an exhaust passage orthgonally. CONSTITUTION:A control valve 14 for opening and closing the upper edge side of an exhaust port 2a is placed so that it is connected with a driving shaft 15, which is inserted in the mounting hole 17 for a cylinder 1. The axis of oscillation C1 of the control valve 14 is placed so that it is caused to intersect an orthgonal line C2 intersecting an exhaust passage 2. Thereby, the setting range of the position and direction for mounting a driving shaft or other driving mechanisms can be widened, and the degree of freedom in layout can also be increased.
