<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the production of a coil, to induce uniform current to a work and to form uniform hardening layer by connecting upper and lower ring-shaped coils by two faced conductive bodies and drawing upward two electric supplying conductive bodies. CONSTITUTION:Almost ring-shaped upper coil 10 and lower coil 20 are connected with a first conductive body 30. Facing the connecting part 31, the projecting part 11 is formed at the upper coil 10 and a first electric supplying conductive body 50 is drawn to upward by connecting with the upper face of the projecting part 11. A second conductive body 40 is arranged at the position almost facing to the first conductive body 30 and the upper and lower coils 10, 20 are connected with it and the upper part of the second conductive body 40 is drawn to upward to form a second electric supplying conductive body 60. When electric current is conducted to the coil for quenching an inner face by high frequency 100, the current is conducted toward A direction from the first electric supplying conductive body 50 and divided into B direction and C direction at a connecting part 51 and joined at a connecting part 31. Next, the current is conducted toward D direction in the first conductive body 30 and divided into E direction and F direction at a connecting part 32 and joined at a connecting part 41 and conducted toward G direction in the second conductive body 40 and conducted out to H direction from the second electric supplying conductive body 60.</p> |
