PURPOSE:To improve a magnetic coupling force, by providing a drive shaft, the outer part of which is positioned facing the inner peripheral surface of a partition wall body and is formed with a permanent magnet, and a fan, being rotatably situated on the outer peripheral surface of the partition wall and formed with a permanent magnet magnetically coupled with the drive shaft. CONSTITUTION:A drive shaft 17 formed with a permanent magnet is rotatably inserted into a partition wall body 16. A fan 22 is rotatably mounted on the outer peripheral surface of the partition wall body 16. The fan 22 is formed with a cylinder part 23, formed in a cylindrical shape with a permanent magnet, and blades 24 circumferentially positioned on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder part 23. This constitution causes magnetic coupling of the drive shaft 17 with the fan 22 throughout a wide area consisting of the outer periph eral surface of the drive shaft and the inner peripheral surface of the fan, resulting improvement of a magnetic coupling force.
