PURPOSE:To facilitate the using by making mutually related a time and a controlled system terminal, calculating automatically the time suitable to them and controlling automatically when plural terminals, in which a controller is related, are instantaneously controlled. CONSTITUTION:At a controller side, the setting contents of a control time is stored by a time control means 3, and out of plural related terminals to execute the control at the time of the setting time, for example, the terminal to need a control earlier than the setting time such as an air conditioner and an electric rice cooker or the terminal to need the control after a certain time passes from the setting time are discriminated by an arithmetic control means 4, and the correcting times are calculated by the arithmetic control means 4. The time or the time set by a user are set to a time control means 3, at the time of the setting time, a signal is outputted from the time control means 3 to the arithmetic control means 4, and the control is automatically executed through a communicating means 2 by the arithmetic control means 4. Thus, the method to use is extremely improved.
