PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for display operation and to reproduce measurement data faithfully by setting some conditions for the measurement data, judging which of a segment display and a dot display is made, and controlling the operation of a plotter. CONSTITUTION:The measurement data from a input terminal part 1 is inputted to a data memory 51b through a multiplexer 2 and an A/D converter 3. When the measurement data stored in the data memory 51b is read out and plotted on the plotter 9, the condition recognition means 55a in a plotter control means 55 judges and recognizes whether or not the measurement data meets specific requirements. A plotter operation control means 55b judges which of a segment and a dot is drawn on the plotter 9 according to the requirements recognized by the condition recognizing means 55a, thereby controlling the operation of the plotter 9.
