PURPOSE:To aim at the improvement of an erosion resistance of the article stated in the above title by giving a hardening treatment to the interior surface on the steam exhausting side if a shroud ring group end. CONSTITUTION:A shroud ring 3 is to be provided on the outside circumference portion of a moving blade 2 connecting the moving blade 2 and its fellow with each other in the circumference direction. A hardening treatment is to be given to the interior surface 6 on the steam exhausting side of the group end of the shroud ring 3 by such process as flame hardening, induction hardening, flame spraying, etc. By this method, an erosion resistance against an oxidizing scale can be improved.
