摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To simplify production process and to improve a display effect by providing bipolar elements provided with a current rectifying effect by 3-layered constitution consisting of a thin metallic film, semiconductor film and transparent electrode to each of the electromagnetic induction electrodes of a substrate for an image display input device. CONSTITUTION:Chromium, aluminum, nickel, etc. are used for the thin metallic film 12 and amorphous silicon, zinc oxide, etc., are used for the semiconductor film 17. The transparent electrodes 15 are formed of materials which have high transmittance in a visible region and good electrical conductivity such as In2O3-SnO2 and SnO2 added with anitomony oxide. The soldering process of diodes, etc., is eliminated by building the bipolar elements provided with the current rectifying effect simultaneously by the thin film process for forming the electromagnetic induction electrodes 12 and the transparent electrodes 15. The display grade of the liquid crystal panel is improved by incorporating the bipolar elements having the similar constitution in each of the plural picture elements.</p>
