PURPOSE:To easily control the fine excitation of low frequency by supporting a rack by an elastic body and using a piezoelectric element as an exciting method. CONSTITUTION:The excitation rack 1 is supported by plural elastic bodies 4 such as coil springs and air springs through a base plate 3 on a floor 2. A piezoelectric element 6 for horizontal plane excitation is fitted to a horizontal excitation base 7. A piezoelectric element 6' for vertical excitation is fitted to a vertical excitation base 8. The respective piezoelectric elements 6 and 6' are applied with a voltage from a piezoelectric power source 9 through an oscillator 10 and the frequency of the voltage is varied by an oscillator 10. Consequently, the piezoelectric elements 6 and 6' expand and contract in proportion to the voltage, so vibrations of fine displacement are obtained at the low frequency.
