PURPOSE:To improve the prevention of contamination of a part due to dust, by a method wherein circulating clean air is blown on the part and is sucked by sucking branch pipes, thereafter, the dust is collected into the main sucking pipe and the clean air is circulated through a filter in the title mechanism for manufacturing magnetic discs. CONSTITUTION:Clean air, blown off through a louver 19, is blown down by the suction of an air pump 16 to flow on parts on a conveyer belt 9 and is sucked by suction branch pipes 15a-15d. According to this operation, dust on the surface of the parts and the same in a room are sucked together with air. The sucked air is collected into the main pipe 14 of suction, passes through a fan 16 and a micro-grain filter 17, whereby air is got rid of dust and becomes clean air; then, it is circulated into the casing 13 through a duct 15. According to this constitution, the contamination of the parts may be prevented effectively.
