The tuning circuit is served with the station selecting data in synchronism with the clock signals and is tuned to a desired broadcasting frequency. A detecting circuit determines whether the tuning circuit is selecting the station or not. A switching circuit automatically stops the generation of clock signals from the microcomputer when the station selecting operation of the tuning circuit is finished by the output of the detecting circuit. |
