发明名称 ADSORPTION AND SEPARATION METHOD FOR ETHYLENE IN GAS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance removal rate of ethylene by permeating the gas containing ethylene through a packed bed of adsorbent composed of a complex consisting of CuCl and AlCl3 carried on a porous carrier after being as through a packed bed of dehumidifying agent. CONSTITUTION:The gas containing ethylene in a storage 1 for fresh vegetables, fruits and the like is fed into an adsorption tower 3 through a blower 2, passing through first a dehumidifying agent bed 5 to be dehumidified. Then, the same comes into an adsorbent bed 4 composed of AlCuCl4 complex consisting of CuCl and AlCl3, where ethylene is removed, and then passes through a dehydrochlorination column 6 and returns to the storage 1. Since AlCuCl4 loses its ethylene adsorption power because of the water content, ethylene removal rate is enhanced by dehumidifying preliminarily.</p>
