PURPOSE:To set the holding current value and gate drive current value of P-N-P-N switch independently by connecting the base of a first transistor and the collector of a second transistor to equivalently form the P-N-P-N switch and each connecting both ends of a second resistor to the base and emitter of the second transistor. CONSTITUTION:N-P-N Transistors 2, 7, resistors 3, 8 and a P-N-P transistor 10 with two collector output terminals 101 and 102 are formed while anode, P gate and cathode terminals 4, 5 and 6 are fitted. The P-N-P-N switch is constituted equivalently by the emitter and base of the P-N-P transistor 10 and the 101 side collector and the two N-P-N transistors. |
