PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food storable over a long period without causing the blackening of the surface of guts and useful as pet food, raw material for stewed meat, etc., by using reducing sugar as a component. CONSTITUTION:The objective food contains a reducing sugar (preferably corn syrup, glucose, starch syrup, fructose or lactose). The food can be prepared e.g. by sealing guts and soup (preferably having a reducing sugar concentration of 2-5wt.%) in a container, thermally sterilizing the content and cooling the product. |
