PURPOSE:To reduce the handling man-house of solar cell elements and to improve an operation by connecting substrates which contain a plurality of solar cell elements arranged in one row in sequence in tile layers and by dividing the connected substrates in a transverse direction to make the unit of each module. CONSTITUTION:For example, four substrates 11 are arranged in sequence in tile layers and the surface electrodes 13 and the back electrodes of the adjacent substrates 11 are connected by soldering. Further, the connected substrate are divided by a dicing saw or a laser scriber along a broken line and a plurality of solar cell modules 14 wherein solar cell elements 12 are connected in sequence in tile layers are obtained. Accordingly, the handling time of the total elements is greatly reduced on a module basis since the time required for the movement and the arrangement of the solar cell elements 12 is the same even if the work is carried out on a substrate basis and the process of dividing is not virtually changed. This can reduce the handling man-hours of the solar cell elements 12 and an operation can be improved. |
