PURPOSE:To obtain a stable oscillating frequency against the fluctuation of a power voltage by providing a constant current source to each complementary circuit so as to charge a capacitor by the constant current source. CONSTITUTION:A drain of a P-channel MOSFET1m and a drain of an N-channel MOSFET1p are connected to the 2nd terminal of a capacitor 1a, a gate of the P-channel MOSFET1m, a gate of the N-channel MOSFET1p and an output of an amplifier 1d are connected, the 1st terminal of a constant current source 1g and the source of the N-channel MOSFET1p are connected, the source of the P-channel MOSFET1m, the 1st power supply and the 1st terminal of the capacitor 1a are connected and the 2nd terminal of the constant current source 1g and the 2nd power supply are connected to form one circuit block. 2N+1 sets of the circuit blocks are connected sequentially to constitute a ring shaped oscillation circuit.
