PURPOSE:To constrain the dislocation in winding and to prevent the breakage of a material by providing the sensor detecting the end part position of a working plate stock and performing the control of the pressing force of a press roller based on the plate dislocation detecting signal of the sensor. CONSTITUTION:The plate dislocation detecting sensor 10 consisting of a contactless switch, etc., is arranged in plural pieces near the plate end passing line of a work processing material W. Moreover an optimum correction pressure computing element 12, amplifier 15, electropneumatic proportional valve 16 and pilot type pressure reducing valve 17 are respectively arranged. When the plate dislocation detecting sensor 10 detects a plate dislocation, the computing element 12 operates the optimum correction pressure of an air pressure cylinder 4 for eliminating the winding slippage of a winding coil based on the plate dislocation signal. The pressure of the cylinder 4 is adjusted by being controlled via the amplifier 15, proportional valve 16 and pressure reducing valve 17. A winding dislocation is thus restrained automatically to prevent the breakage of work materials.
