PURPOSE:To inform the occurrence of a prescribed error when a pseudo key is pushed by actuating an error occurrence informing means to inform the occurrence of an error when a key is not normally detected. CONSTITUTION:When a key A is turned on at a time point t6, a code generating means 6 produces a code to the key A. When a key C is turned on at a time point t7, the output of an AND circuit 14 varies to prevent the occurrence of a new code. Then, a released key checking means 5 checks a released key by the output of a voltage deciding circuit 4 when the key C is turned off at a time point t8. In this case, the means 5 drives an error occurrence informing means 7 to produce an error signal owing to a fact that the key releasing order is reversed after knowing that the key C that produced no code yet is turned off.
