<p>PURPOSE:To realize a pseudo and plural number of times rewriting and the rewriting for test by providing a read out/write memory and a data transfer means together with a read-only memory. CONSTITUTION:The read-only memory 9 which can be optically erased, the read out/write memory 8 and the data transfer means 5 which transfers data to the read-only memory 9 from the read out and write memory 8 are composed by sealing them to a light-shielding envelope. Therefore, when this device is utilized, evaluation is executed by using the read out and write memory 8 until when the adjustment of the device is completed or the specification is frozen and the data is transferred after completing the evaluation, the data can be semipermanently utilized as the data of the read-only memory 9 even when the disconnection of power, etc., occurs.</p> |
