PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily obtain shifting speed fit for processing by performing the shifting of a processing part in the axis direction with engaged pitches of a bolt and a nut. CONSTITUTION:The eccentric part is so positioned that it may not act on a nut 10 by the rotation of a lever and the nut 10 is pressed and engaged with a bolt. In this condition, a motor 2 is driven to rotate a disc 5 and by this rotation a processing part 7 rotates along the periphery of a pipe 6 and the nut 10 is pushed with the bolt 9 by the engagement between the nut 10 of a processing part 7 and the bolt 9 of a main body 1 and by this pressing force to the nut 10, the processing part 7 is shifted toward the pipe 6 side and the pipe 6 is cut with a bite at the processing part 7 so as to perform the beveling or cut processing. Next, after completion of the processing by the processing part 7, the eccentric part is made to act upon the nut 10 by the control of the lever and the nut 10 is shifted to the eccentric side and the engagement between the nut 10 and the bolt 9 is released and the processing part 7 is shifted in the pitch direction at a time so as to return to the original position.
