PURPOSE:To improve a guiding accuracy by inserting plural ball spheres in radial symmetry into the through hole of a conical core shaft and reciprocating the conical collar fixing a reciprocating plate along the conical face via a coil spring as well. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 3 is opened on the disk core shaft 2 forming a conical face 1 by expanding the diameter of the tip part and ball spheres 5a-5c are inserted into the holes 4a-4c radially symmetric with the through hole 3 as well. The conical collar 6 engaging with the conical face 1 of the conical core shaft 2 is then provided to fix a reciprocating plate 7 on the outer peripheral face at the rear end thereof. The core shaft 2 and conical collar 6 are combined by a nut 10 via a coil spring 8, a metal wire 12 is passed into the through hole 3 and due to the interposition in arrow marks 13, 14 of direction the reciprocating plate 7 the locking force of the metal wire 13 intermittently works correctly. The guiding accuracy of the metal wire 12 is thus improved.
