PURPOSE:To remove a push button signal and noise at the time of on-hook by connecting a buffer memory in a voice storage device to a subtraction circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the push button signal arrives from a host system through a signal line as the identification signal of message termination at the time of message recording, a push button signal reception circuit 102 detects it and a processing circuit 105 immediately executes the termination of message recording. With on-hook information, the processing circuit 105 similarly terminates message recording. With stop information from the processing circuit 105, the subtraction circuit 107 subtracts the counted value of an address counter in the buffer memory 103. The processing circuit 105 stores voice data in a disk device 104 based on the counted value after subtraction is executed in the buffer memory 103.
