The invention relates, on the one hand, to a panel, used in particular for covering a building structure and forming an internal partition, and more particularly, for producing a lightweight and dismantleable construction and, on the other hand, to a method for using this panel. This panel is characterised in that it consists of two boards 2, 3 made of rigid material such as wood, plaster, a cellulose or synthetic material, or the like, forming the two faces 4, 5 of the panel 1, of tubular elements 6 made of plastic or the like arranged perpendicularly or horizontally between the two boards 2, 3, and of means 9 for attaching the tubular elements 6 to these boards.
