PURPOSE:To shorten a read or write time by transmitting a bit of information concerning a part which is not common between the commands of previous time and the present time from a semiconductor filing controller and restoring the command of the present time on an adaptor device side. CONSTITUTION:The first command generation means 121 of the semiconductor filing controller 12 generates the command Ac of the present time based on the inputted transfer information and transmits it to a first command storage means 122 and a second command generation means 123 and the means 123 generates the command B including the information concerning the part which is not common is the command Ac of the present time with the command Ab of the previous time based on the command Ac of the present time from the first command generation means 121 and the command Ab of the previous time from the first command storage means 122. And the semiconductor filing controller 12 transfers the generated command B to the adaptor device 13. Thus, the read or the write time for a semiconductor memory seen from a host device can be shortened.
