PURPOSE:To sufficiently feed an electrolytic soln. to an electrolytic soln. path and to prevent a leak of the soln. from the opening of the path by specifying the angle between the jetting direction of a nozzle for jetting the electrolytic soln. and the electrolytic soln. path and by sealing off the opening of the path with a seal roll and an elastic seal member. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 7 for jetting an electrolytic soln. is fitted to the strip outlet side opening 10 of the electrolytic soln. path of an electrolytic treating apparatus so that the angle between the jetting direction of the nozzle 7 and the electrolytic soln. path at a position near the jetting hole (a) of the nozzle 7 is regulated to <=45 deg.. A labyrinth seal 11 having unevenness along a strip 2 is set between the jetting hole (a) of the nozzle 7 and a seal roll 6 to increase the passage resistance. An auxiliary elastic seal member 12 is further set between the outlet side of the seal 11 and the roll 6 to seal off the opening 10 and a static pressure chamber 13 is made to exist. By this chamber 13, back pressure is kept on the outlet side of the seal 11. Thus, a leak of the electrolytic soln. can be surely prevented even when the strip 2 is passed at high speed.
