PURPOSE:To eliminate adhesion of a ferromagnetic metal and ferromagnetic oxide and to omit grinding to control the track width of the ferromagnetic metal. CONSTITUTION:Plural holes 11a are bored to the ferromagnetic oxide 11 and glass 11b is molded in the plural holes 11a. A groove 11d for controlling the track width of half the track width TW is worked to a joint surface 11c and the ferromagnetic metal 12 is deposited by a sputtering method, etc., in the groove 11d. Since the film is stuck to the surface of the oxide in such a manner, there is no adhesion of the ferromagnetic metal 12 and the ferromagnetic oxide 11 and the grinding for controlling the track width of the ferromagnetic metal 12 is omitted.
