PURPOSE:To obtain a heat exchange system which is independent as vacuum pump device by constituting the captioned system so that the generated calorific heat of the vacuum pump sealing water used in circulation and a gas ejector cooling part are heat-exchanged through a heating pipe, thus eliminating the need of a heating source for an ejector and a circulation system for cooling water seal. CONSTITUTION:When a water seal type vacuum pump 1 is driven, the inside of an ejector part 2 is decompressed, and air is inhaled from a three-way valve 5, and gas is inhaled from a vacuum pump inlet valve 4. The gas inhaled by the vacuum pump 1 is compressed by the sealing water and discharged into a separator tank 3 together with the sealing water, generating heat. Then, the gas is sent into a separator outlet valve 6, and the sealing water is circulation-returned into the vacuum pump 1 through a sealing water recovering system 7. In this case, a heat pipe 8 is installed in the separator tank 3. The heat transmission medium is evaporated by the heat exchange with the sealing water, and after transferred to the ejector part 2, the medium is heat-exchanged with the gas cooled by the high speed air, and then condensed.
