PURPOSE:To obtain high power by performing intake of gas, compression, explosion and discharge by the rotation of a concentric circular cylinder and also leading the gas after intake, compression strokes to another cylinder in order to perform explosion and discharge strokes. CONSTITUTION:An outside intake/compression cylinder 1 and an inside combustion/discharge cylinder 3 are concentrically arranged in a circle and the combustion/discharge cylinder 3 is provided inside the circular partition 2 of the intake/compression cylinder 1. And gas sucked from an intake pipe 7 is compressed by the rotation of a cylinder body 6 inside the intake/ compression cylinder 1 and the operation of a valve 10, and the compressed gas is supplied in the combustion/discharge cylinder 3 from the hole 4 of the portion 2 to be ignited and exploded by a spark plug 5. And exhaust gas after combustion is discharged from an exhaust pipe 8.
