PURPOSE:To improve the practicality of an electronic cash register by informing the change of a date by an alarm and issuing a receipt automatically by the stop of the alarm to correct the date of the receipt to be successively issued precisely. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 5 compares the date data of a clock circuit 4 with the date data of a storage circuit 1 when ''SERVICE'' is not stored in a storage circuit 2. An alarm generator 6 generates an alarm in accordance with an inconsistency detecting output S from the circuit 5 and the alarm is stopped by a specific key 7. At the stop of the alarm, a printing circuit 8 cuts off and issues a receipt and prints out date data from the circuit 4 on the receipt to be issued successively. |
