<p>PURPOSE:To permit dealing with strict plate inspection by moving a table to a matrix shape, defining the part to be photographed by the addresses of the matrix and providing a memory to store the addresses. CONSTITUTION:A plate inspection range is previously assigned by a panel 80 and the addresses of the assigned range are successively photographed. Whether abnormality exist or not is detected by a comparator 50 and the address having the abnormality is stored in the memory 54. After all the ranges to execute the plate inspection are scanned in such a manner, an operator turns on the switch of a panel. Then, the table 20 moves in such a manner that the first address among the addresses of the abnormality stored in the memory 54 is photographed by a TV camera. The part corresponding to that address is projected on a monitor TV 28. The operator decides visually whether said part is defective or not. The dealing with the strict requirement for the plate inspection is thereby permitted.</p> |
