PURPOSE:To make uniform catalytic layer securable, by scattering catalyzers on a net, vibrating them by a vibrator, and at the time of scattering them onto a substrate from this net, attracting these catalyzers from a lower surface of this substrate. CONSTITUTION:After catalyzers are dried and pulverized, they are put into this hopper 1 as much as the specified quantity, and this hopper 1 is moved along a travel rail 2, then these catalyzers are spread over a net 4 so as to be uniformized. A blade 3 uniformly scatters these catalyzers dropped from the hopper 1 over the net 4. And, the net 4 which the catalyzers are scattered, is vibrated by a vibrator 5, whereby these catalyzers are uniformly spread over a substrate 13, and they are attracted by a suction machine 6 from the back of the substrate 13. With this constitution, uniform catalyzer pressure- sticking is made possible, thus a uniform catalytic layer is formable. |
