PURPOSE:To directly input a memory by means of voice data and to attain recording in accordance with inputted digital data by using an IC memory card as a storage element, and adding a voice analyzing recording function apart from the digital data input function of a keyboard or the like. CONSTITUTION:By providing the voice analyzing recording function consisting of a microphone 3, an A/D converter 4, a voice analysis unit 5 or the like in addition to the digital data input function of the keyboard 7 or the like, digital data inputted from the keyboard 7 and voice data in which the memo or the like corresponding to data inputted directly are separated, discriminated and stored in the IC memory card. The data are reproduced by using a card reader 1 having a voice synthesizing reproducing function, and the memo by voice corresponding to digital data, and digital data are voice-reproduced, whereby additional information corresponding to digital data to be processed can be enriched.
