PURPOSE:To save a writing time and to speed up image processing by simultaneously writing color information in color information memories and reading out information individually from respective memories. CONSTITUTION:The lower addresses of respective color information memories 1, 2 in an image processor are set up to the same common address. The system is provided with an address operation circuit 5 for operating the addresses of the memories 1, 2 and a multiplexer 6 for switching reading data between both the memories 1, 2. The circuit 5 operates addresses to be inputted to the memories 1, 2 and writes the same color information simultaneously in the common address. Since the same color information is not written twice in the memories 1, 2, the writing time can be reduced into a half. In case of reading out the written color information, the circuit 5 operates the multiplexer 6 in accordance with the address to be inputted to switch the reading data.
