VIRAL VECTOR SYSTEM FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF FOREIGN DNA EXPRESSION PRODUCTS INTO GALLINACEOUS BIRDS

摘要

Viral vectors capable of delivering and expressing foreign DNA in gallinaceous birds are disclosed. These viral vectors also protect the birds against Marek's disease. Specifically, a herpesvirus of turkeys (HVT) vector is disclosed. Forwards and Backwards methods for the creation of these viral vectors are also disclosed.
